ABOUT OUR CHURCH
DIRECTIONS
The church is situated to the north east of the village of Old Warden. There is a "fingerboard" sign on road pointing to the church. There is parking available next to the churchyard.
BACKGROUND TO WORSHIP
In this benefice, we strive to place certain values at the forefront of all that we do. We always hope to extend a warm, non-judgemental and generous welcome to everyone who comes to our churches. The atmosphere in our services is relaxed yet reverent.
We value the participation of the laity in our worship and try to make our services as non-threatening as possible. We continue to monitor what we do to make access for all a priority and to be as inclusive as we can be.
We reject the idea that "Church" is a club for members; rather it is a place of worship for all. Please never be afraid to bring children to our churches; they are always welcome and we never worry about noise that they might make (even if you do!)
Those of us who have been going to church for a while all too often forget just how strange an experience it can be for those who are new. We try to remind ourselves of this as often as we can and there will always be someone there who will try to make you feel at home.
